Show Notes

In this episode of The Cordial Catholic Podcast, I'm joined by the incredible Dawn Eden Goldstein. Dawn, a former agnostic rock journalist, is a convert to Catholicism and a brilliant theologian. She has a doctorate in Sacred Theology from the University of St. Mary of the Lake and is the author of a number of fine books on the topic of mercy and redemptive suffering.

She joins me, in this episode, for a fantastic conversation about redemptive suffering.  We discuss what it means, how it works, how the Catholic Church has understood our suffering throughout time, and how we can "offer up" our suffering for others while mining the incredible, beautiful traditions of the Church. It's a truly incredible conversation and, ironically, full of lots of laughs and humour.
