190: Finding Freedom and Healing in Catholicism (w/ Dr. Matthew Breuninger)
In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. Matthew Breuninger, clinical psychologist and associate professor of Psychology at Franciscan University of Steubenville to talk about finding freedom from our wounds in Christ and the Catholic Church. We talk about the healing power of the sacraments, how to begin letting go of what we put in the way of true healing and freedom and, practically, how we can get out of the way and let God do His thing.
This was such a fun and joyful conversation and I really hope you enjoy it!
For more from Dr. Breuninger check out Finding Freedom in Christ: Healing Life's Hurts from the St. Paul Center and Emmaus Road Publishing.
Also, check out Dr. Breuninger on Twitter, his YouTube channel, and if you're interested you can join him on pilgrimage too.
